The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Felíni Crafts - felinicrafts.com - felini.no - website - org.no: 977 551 897 - also apply to the Charity Organization Felíni Stray Cat Project, org. no. 931 026 356  - both registered in Norway. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully, and feel free to print a copy for future reference.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All product prices in the Art Shop are in Euro. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting any order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).


AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee that all advertised products are our own, handcrafted for us, or sold by us with permission from the artist/crafter.

We also guarantee that all donations to The Felíni Stray Cat project will be used 100% to benefit the stray cats in Crete.

DELIVERY
We are able to deliver to most countries. If your country doesn't come up at checkout, please send us an email and we will add the country. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet, it is not possible to specify a delivery date.


ORDER PAYMENT
Payment online can be made through Paypal, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from felini.no
Due to our delivery prices differing from country to country, it is imperative that you choose the correct delivery location when placing an order; failure to do so will mean the order is canceled.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched to you on the next working day of order receipt. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent the goods, you can do so by email. If your order has NOT been sent, it will be canceled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returning process. See below. Donations to Felíni Stray Cat Project can't be returned, but a monthly payment agreement can be canceled at any time of course.

 

RETURN POLICY
Please contact Felini Crafts at mail@felini.no before returning any items. If there is a problem with any product please send us an e-mail.  If it doesn't meet your expectation or if you order the wrong size by mistake, you can of course still return the jewelry unused and in original condition within 30 days. You can return unused jewelry, unopened CDs, and paintings within 30 days of delivery. The shipping fees will be your responsibility. If it is a production fault or a mistake on our hand, we will, of course, offer a refund or a new one as well as shipping costs. Make sure to include contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case. 

It's very important for us that you're happy with our products and we will really try our best to see to that.


REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And make sure to read about Non-returnable items underneath. 


NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUND 
Non-returnable items are Gift Cards and Health and Personal Care items like used jewelry and yoga eye pillows. If it is a production faulty, we will, of course, offer a refund or a new one. If there is an issue with size, I can offer to try to adjust it for you free of charge, but be aware that you have to pay for shipping. (So please make sure you have your measurements before ordering). Like above, there are no refunds granted for CDs that have been opened or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
But it's very important for us that you're happy with Felíni products and we will try our best to see to that.


CANCELATION OF DONATION AGREEMENT TO THE FELÍNI STRAY CAT PROJECT
Donations to Felíni Stray Cat Project can't be returned, but a monthly payment agreement can of course be canceled.

All donations (100%) go directly to benefit the semi-stray, stray and feral cats caretaken in Crete by Felíni Stray Cat Project. If you have a monthly donation arrangement you can, of course, cancel it at any time, just make sure it is one week before the next payment. Just send us an e-mail at strays@felini.no - no questions asked, no fuzz! We are just happy for any little support anybody can offer.


SHIPPING

To return your product we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of return shipping like a tracking number. Without we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But of course, if there is a mistake or production faulty on our hand - the return shipping (within limits – up to the same amount as we shipped the product to you in the first place) will be added to your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 


PRIVACY POLICY - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


EMAIL MARKETING
With your permission, by signing our newsletter or buying our products we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. You can anytime unsubscribe - just send us an email: mail@felini.no


CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our store is hosted by One.com. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through One.com's data storage, databases, and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
